Hi! I'm Hatty, I'm a certified Menopause Coach and consultant. I've spent the last 8 years studying women's health, nutrition, personal training, yoga and taking care of each of my clients as though they are the only one.
I have 2 teenage daughters, a husband (number 2!), 2 cats and a cockapoo called Dennis. Life is full, so I get it, finding time for yourself can be tough but I am here to put you back on your priority list so you can conquer your menopause symptoms, rediscover your zest and fully embrace this next phase of your life!
